Tony Wagner has served as Co-Director of the Change Leadership Group (CLG) at the Harvard Graduate School of Education since its inception in 2000. Since the launch of their Education Programs Division in 1999, Tony has served as Senior Advisor to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He consulted to the foundation in the development of their original business plan, reviewed foundation strategies and proposals, created and supervised a network of district "coaches," and provided direct technical assistance to foundation grantees. His current title at the foundation is Senior Fellow, and he continues to work with the Education Program Director and Program Officers in a number of capacities
