From the moment we identified you as a potential speaker, your organization was professional, responsive, and enthusiastic about helping us achieve our objectives for this meeting. But the icing on the cake was you! To take a group of retailers who'd already sat through a day's worth of presentations and hold them enthralled as you did was nothing short of amazing. Your analysis of the "Powerful Trends Shaping the Future of Retail" was insightful and thought-provoking; I saw lots of note-taking, nodding of heads and engagement with the material. And I loved watching the reactions to the store photos you presented as examples of the various trends. Nothing like a good visual to drive the point home ? and retailers apparently can't get enough of one another's merchandising and marketing tactics!
